Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is brand new, sealed and sourced through official channels. Smartphones are PTA approved and carry the official Xiaomi Pakistan warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 2–4 working days to major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on every order across Pakistan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer. A cash-on-delivery handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How do I claim warranty?
Contact us with your order number. We will direct you to the nearest authorised Xiaomi service centre or arrange a pick-up. Keep your invoice and original box.
Can I return a product?
