This page highlights the Claim Process that we have structured to assist you if a faulty product has been delivered to you by Mistore.pk. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that may have occurred due to a defective product.
Mistore.pk’s products are produced, quality tested, and packed in China, after which they are safely shipped to Mistore.pk warehouse, in Pakistan. Mistore.pk’s team does not open the original packaging or seal and does not perform any quality checks on the product as it violates the packaging of the product. This means that the products are delivered to customers as they were received from the Xiaomi factory in China.
To protect the parcel from damage during delivery we add a protective layer of Bubble Wrap and then seal it in a Flyer to prevent the items from being stolen or tampered with. Here is our complete Packing Process.
Even though we take precautionary measures to ensure product and service quality; however, tech products are prone to malfunction. To protect our customers against faulty goods we provide a 10 days replacement warranty and a 1 – 3 months repair warranty (for ECO Products).
Only Products that are bought from Mistore.pk within the last 10 days are eligible for refund or return claims.
Products that have been in use for more than 10 days but still have valid warranty will be eligible for repair only. Got to our Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy pages for more details.
Your queries are our utmost priority! The claim process will start as soon as you submit the form provided. The expected time of claim resolution is 15 – 20 working days.

Credit Card
Payments through Cards such as Master Card and Visa payments undergo through an encrypted network and a highly secure method of transmission provided by our partners Bank Alfalah and HBL. Via their respective gateways, MPGS (Mastercard Payment Gateway Services), and Cyber source payment solutions.
Online Payment
We also provide you the facility to securely pay your payment through your online wallet. Jazz Cash and Keenu are our appointed partners that make your checkouts secure through their highly secure network.
Installments
We also offer our customers with Buy Now, Pay Later payment option. Mistore has joined hands with Qisstpay to divide your payment into 4 or 6 months easy installments. This option requires payment transactions via credit card and debit card and is only valid on Eco-Products.
When checking out, you are routed automatically toward these transaction gateways, which handle all operations while meeting the current and best security requirements.
To further ensure a foolproof and safe payment transaction, our appointed gateways hold the deliveries for 24 hours. Once we get a green light from them, your products are right away set to be dispatched.
